Enjoy a day of excitement and relaxation at our Family Lake Day on Saturday, August 16th, starting at 11:00 am. We're bringing families of Veterans and First Responders together for a memorable day at the lake with activities for everyone, including:

• Kayaks
• Paddleboards
• Horseshoes
• Cornhole
• Volleyball
• Dedicated Kids Playground
• Games
• And MORE!

This event is open to everyone in our Health4Heroes community (Members, partners, sponsors, volunteers, friends, and family) and there will be plenty of food and beverages available for all registered guests. Bring your friends and family for a day of fun, laughter, and great company. We can't wait to see you there!

Rally Up with Health4Heroes!

Whether you're a Veteran, a First Responder, or someone who supports them -- Rally Point is where connection happens.

These two-hour events are built specifically for our heroes. Part movement, part social hour, Rally Point is about more than just getting active -- it’s about community, camaraderie, and showing up for your well-being. From workouts and games to simple conversations that matter, every event is a chance to reset and recharge.

If you’ve served, this space is for you. No pressure. No expectations. Just an open invitation to move your body, connect with others who understand, and strengthen your sense of belonging.

Know a hero who could use this? Bring them along.
Rally Point is where they belong -- and where we show up for each other.

Volunteer Opportunity -- Breeze Thru Car Wash Fundraiser!

Join us Saturday, August 2nd and volunteer as we hang out at three different Breeze Thru Car Wash locations to thank customers for coming through to support Health4Heroes!

Last year, we raised over $13,000 -- and with your help, we can smash last year's total so we can continue to support our Veterans and First Responders!

Breeze Thru has been a proud supporter of Health4Heroes since 2022, and we could not be more thankful for their commitment.

MISSION COMPLETE: Take Command!

We just wrapped up our first official cohort of our Take Command! Program and we couldn't be more pleased with the results from everyone's hard work.

Participants improved across the board in different areas of health including overall wellness, sleep quality, nutrition choices, and mental wellbeing.

One participant claimed that this program "literally changed my life!"

We can't wait to share a full recap once all the data has been sorted. Stay tuned.

Guardian Games 2025 was definitely one to remember!

Athletes completely crushed it -- we couldn't have pulled it off without our amazing volunteers -- sponsors made a lasting impact on all who showed up, including our Veterans and First Responders.

Thanks to all who showed up and helped us raise vital funds to ensure we can continue to empower those who do serve and those who have served our community and country to take command of their health and wellness.
